The Miss Pink Ribbon Kenya pageant is more than a competition; it is a movement. We are looking for ambassadors who represent the values of Utu and Harambee, dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer and supporting those affected by it.

Participation

Eligibility & Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Kenyan citizen or a legal resident for a minimum of three (3) years.
  • Must possess a valid National ID, Passport, or Alien Certificate.
  • Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is required; knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.

Entry & Participation

Registration Process

  1. Complete the Official Registration Form (available online or at County offices).
  2. Pay Required Fees:
    • Registration Fee: Ksh 200 (To sponsor Heal the Future Climate Action Program Schools Program plant one Oil Tree)
  3. Submit Supporting Documents:
    • Copy of ID/Passport
    • One recent passport-sized photograph
    • Short personal statement (max 200 words) on “Why I Am an Advocate for Cancer Awareness”

Contestant Commitment

  • Must attend all mandatory rehearsals, workshops, and public events.
  • Must adhere to the Official Dress Code for each stage of the pageant.
  • Must participate in fundraising and voter awareness campaigns as outlined in the Contestant Agreement.

Titleholder Obligations

If selected as a County or National Titleholder, the contestant agrees to:

  • Serve as an ambassador for breast cancer awareness for one year.
  • Make a minimum of 12 official appearances.
  • Not compete in or hold titles from other pageants during their reign.
  • Abide by all rules in the Titleholder Contract and Code of Conduct.

Disqualification

  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Misconduct or violation of the Code of Conduct.
  • Failure to participate in mandatory events without prior approval.
  • Engaging in activities that bring the pageant into disrepute.
